The Union proudly provides a limited number of scholarships to select speakers and presenters of scientific sessions and to participants from affected communities or community volunteers. Individuals from low and lower-middle income countries will be given priority.
Two types of scholarships are available:
- Accepted symposia speakers and abstract authors may apply for support to cover some of their travel and participation expenses. This may cover conference registration, hotel accommodation and/or travel costs. Please note that you can only apply for a scholarship if you have been accepted as a symposia speaker or abstract presenter. Only applications linked to an accepted symposium or abstract presentation will be considered.
- Affected communities or community volunteers may apply for free conference registration
